Billing questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. A card is required to activate the 14-day trial and nothing is charged before it ends. Cancel any time before day 14 at no cost.
When is commission calculated, and on what amount?
Commission is charged on the amount actually paid after any discount, and the rate is snapshotted at purchase time. Upgrading later never changes past orders.
What happens to my content if I stop paying?
Your account switches to read-only: content, students and community stay exactly as they are, but you cannot publish or sell until billing is fixed. Nothing is deleted.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated against the rest of your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at period end so you lose nothing you paid for.
How long do payouts take?
Payouts run as a weekly batch every Tuesday after a 7-day clearance covering the refund window, with a $50 minimum. Bank arrival is typically two working days.
Is a custom domain available on Starter?
No. Custom domain, affiliates and caption review are Professional-only. Everything else — unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls — is on both.
